Participants gain access to workshops and networking opportunities with industry experts, investors, and successful entrepreneurs. Accelerator program participants are required to attend 12 Hub Camp classes designed specifically for those enrolled in the program. Topics include operations, marketing, sales and financial-related topics, all of which are linked to monthly milestone activities (see attachment) that must be completed. Members also have monthly mentor meetings to discuss progress and get guidance, as well as quarterly check-ins with Innovation Hub leadership to ensure success in the program.
Accelerator program members' progress is tracked using Basecamp and is assessed quarterly by Innovation Hub leadership. A badge will be awarded to participants meeting program graduation requirements, including company formation, coachability, development of a minimum viable product that can be sold, and ability to keep the company moving forward.
