Luxury Retail

The Luxury Retail Sales Training course consists of an intensive hybrid format with four online learning modules exploring guest service, selling techniques, visual merchandising, and brandscape theory supporting retail selling strategies and techniques. These asynchronous modules are presented in English to support language skills. Students may email to ask questions about the material and “office hours” as personal synchronous review is provided. Following the completion of a module, the student will be provided an assignment requiring them to engage with the sales space and/or customers. The student will submit a response assignment for the instructor to review. Following the online learning portion of the course, in-person training begins. In-person training takes place over two days. The in-person training will put theory into practice. Students will participate in half-day sessions lasting three (3) hours each. Following each half-day of training students will have an assignment where they will again engage with the sales space and/or customers. Assessment of the students' in-person training will be combined with the online learning portion for final evaluation and the earning of certificates and badges.
