Learners create a business model using the Business Model Canvas and validate it through customer discovery as well as apply marketing and branding essential to craft a compelling brand identity and promotional strategy. Learners develop an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying opportunities and adapting to certain environments.
Learners evaluate opportunities for their commercial viability and design actionable plans to capitalize on them. Learners also demonstrate financial literacy by outlining a basic funding plan and managing cash flow effectively.
Learners will review course materials to build foundational knowledge.
Learners will engage in discussions to reflect and share insights while developing active engagement skills aligned with the course objectives. Learners will also complete assignments to demonstrate an understanding a application of concepts related to each module for clarity, relevance, and creativity.
