Global Business Leader

The Global Business Leader Microcredential recognizes advanced global competencies developed through extended international study. Offered by the Rawls Center for Global Engagement, this badge is awarded to students who complete a TTU-approved program lasting at least eight weeks and demonstrate significant growth in cultural adaptability, global awareness, and leadership. Requirements include attending pre- and post-program events and submitting a Global Business Learning Portfolio with a competency analysis, intercultural experience reflection, future goals statement, and demonstrated proficiency in four of five global learning areas. Final approval from the instructor of record is required. This badge signals a high level of global readiness to future employers and graduate schools.

Learners must complete an approved study abroad program, attend required sessions, and submit a Global Business Learning Portfolio that includes a pre & post global competency analysis, intercultural experience analysis, and global impact & future goals statement.
